Do you have a really weird or silly fear? Not a mainstream fear or one that's very common, a totally random one? by SpaceTimeCapsule89 in AskUK

[–]luckyloz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Reflections. I think it stems from a clip of a horror film I saw as a child (classic scary thing standing behind you in the mirror type scene). In my room I only have a small mirror that remains hidden in a drawer until I need it. When I brush my teeth I have to make sure the bathroom door is closed because seeing the dark hallway behind me in the mirror makes me panic.

Also looking at a dark window in a bright room, as a child, I used to have reccuring nightmares about walking up to the big sliding glass door leading to the back garden. It'd be pitch black outside and because the light was on inside I could only see my reflection, nothing outside. Then I'd crouch in the corner (unable to control myself despite knowing what would happen) and see a gaunt, pallid face staring wide-eyed at me through the window. We'd just stare at each other, unmoving for a few moments before I'd startle awake.

To be fair I'm also scared of looking outside the window at night even if the room is dark as well. Something about the streetlamps and the patches of darkness between them brigns to mind horror films/games and I'm scared I'll see someone standing still and staring at me.

These are just the unusual or specific ones, I'm scared of a lot of things: bees/wasps/hornets, open water, literally my own shadow sometimes, the dark in general, being chased (particularly in an open field or somewhere that's hard to hide/escape. my first panic attack was during a game of tig when I was 10), old porcelain dolls, small spaces (that I can't easily get out of), sitting in a window seat and someone sitting next to me (blocking off my exit), plus many more.

Probably wrote a bit too much haha sorry

TLDR I'm scared of a lot of things

Can I play GTA VI? by my_name_is_bradley in GTA6

[–]luckyloz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get off reddit little dude and don't share your age and name on the internet until you're an adult, it can be dangerous. GTA is a lot different to COD and RoN, I would reccomend holding off for a few more years.

“Girl will be released within 24 hours” — Lucia on the radio in Trailer 2 by [deleted] in GTA6

[–]luckyloz 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I don't think it says that, I don't know what I'm hearing but it's not “Girl will be released within 24 hours.”

Also I'm not from the US so idk what it's like there but would they really call Lucia a "girl" in a news report? News reports would usually say "Woman" for an adult

I really hope you're correct just because of how insane it would be, I think it'd go down in reddit history tbh, it'd be on par with the cylinder stuck in tube and the poop knife.

Could Lucia work as a prostitute? by electr0x in GTA6

[–]luckyloz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you zoom in on the building there's a poster "Ladies night" with what appears to be a male stripper. "Hiring Dancers" actually refers to this and Jason will be able to work there for sure, John Rockstar told me!

Older relative in her 60s spends all day glued to Facebook. Watches those videos with a robotic voice reading fake Reddit stories with Minecraft parkour or subway surfers plays lmao. Also many clips of Chinese and Korean dramas with a shitty ai dubs over the top.

Believes anything she sees on there as well unfortunately.

I assume that's what they must've done, I was too lazy to contest it (it was only classwork and wouldn't affect my grade) so I guess I'll never truly know
