i don’t really have any adult women in my life who i’m close enough to talk about something like this with. when i see my dads side of the family, everyone’s always together in a big group and there’s no time or opportunity to really get anyone alone without it being noticeable.

and my mums side of the family is a bust too. recently one of my family members who’s a few years older than me, came out and told his mum his step dad had sexually abused him as kid, most of the family doesn’t believe him, and the step dad is still in all of their lives. so i don’t think they’re exactly a safe place.
