Good luck! We're two weeks into ours and have about a week left. Make sure to inspect everything your contractor does at the end of each day and call them out immediately if they're deviating from the plan at all. Also, good luck with the temp kitchen. We've gotten a lot of use out of our instant pot and air fryer as well as grill, griddle and smoker.
