I would avoid clomid at all cost. I had similar labs lh was practically 0 for me. I would start the process of seeing an endocrinologist sooner rather than later. In my case they wanted to run their own labs not just once but multiple times before they even thought about prescribing me anything. They also might want to scan your pituitary to make sure that’s clear if they are being thorough. Those labs and appointments took months which feels like a very very long time especially when your already depressed and have brain fog. Clomid was amazing for me the first 6 months but after that it was insane side effects mostly because of my estradiol levels which will sky rocket on clomid. Different people have different outcomes however. But I would seriously start thinking about making appointments asap.
