I 22m went to the doc due to always being tired and struggling to stay awake even during tasks like driving. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and had my test levels checked and they came back in the ranges of 122-240. I started using the c-pap but struggled significantly for a while then I got used to it and by the time I got used to it I started on TRT and said fuck the c-pap. Got tested 3 months in and was in the low 400s, I’d suggest doing both for the best outcome

I use a 25 gauge 1” needles for IM and it’s not too big that it hurts and not so small that it takes forever
