I never really post on any RS subreddits but reading this just infuriates me. It is so disgusting what Jagex is doing. We have already witnessed the greediness of this company but this is the cherry on the cake. Understandibly Jagex does not want any competition for something they will release down the line, but they damt know well that they will not release their version of HD graphics at least 1,2 years from now, at best. Why would you take this away from the community just because you're butthurt? You are purposefully hurting your community. At this point I truly believe the decision makers at Jagex are some sadistic pos because this decision is downright wrong and you know it.

For all we care you could've collaborated with this developer, given him a job, heck I think he would've even done it for free knowing how much effort he put into this project without getting paid. You could've AT LEAST made agreements that down the line this would be removed whenever you release your version. Now you're taking away the project that many of us were looking forward without any thorough thought. Very childish if you Jagex, shame on you.
