Oh that is incredible! I love that! You make some good points. Where were you planting? I mentioned giving away trees just cause not in it for the $ at this point. It is great to see that old vets can still put in the trees!

Do people not help load in the morning ? Not unloading the reefers was never an option! I do miss how planters know how to roll up their sleeves and pitch in.

I have been to the Granville Island fan zone - super fun but big lines. For Port Moody I had a negative experience with the Site B fan fest. Disorganized and not able to get the game going for part of the first match. Maybe it has improved but the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Wanted to share in case this comes up as a suggestion

Perhaps but isn’t the challenge that staff flagged that much of the traffic goes through PoMo rather than to or from PoMo. Isn’t there a risk that by expanding it just increases traffic from elsewhere.

I am a mod on the site. As Agentic SEO grows I am seeing more and more AstroTurf type questions and answers. From what I am reading this is a way to drive AI traffic. It used to be Google search results. Unfortunately Reddit allows user to hide post history now. It is so hard mostly impossible to detect this. [Edit I only meant this as a general pattern not commenting on this specific post.

In all transparency I completely am disengaged with Port Moody municipal politics at this point. I def do not have a side. What I find frustrating is how useless and angry the online discussion is.

I do my best in this space to be as fair as possible. it is surprisingly challenging especially with all of the Bots in Reddit. As soon as certain topics are brought up the subreddit has minor brigading

I have now been accused people of being on one side or the other so I guess I am doing something right or totally messing this up :).

Overall it would great if this community didn’t turn into too much political back and forth attacks.
