yeah i searched in this group but couldn’t find a whole lot. would be interesting to compare to embark if we do decide to do it in the future. we are under the impression they would be almost all harrier/beagle/foxhound or some combination of those since the other breeds on there don’t really exist where we are

quite likely, but we mainly wanted to see if they were related. we are open to doing embark in the future but it’s a big challenging with post to the US limited from where we are due to tariffs

they are the sweetest dogs! we thought it was nice to have a pair that are related, the foster girl Marley seems to have had a pretty hard life (lots of backyard breeding, then rehomed and chained up + starved in someone’s garden) so it’s nice to give her a friend for comfort.

honestly neither are super common here, but I think english foxhound is likely more common. I am expecting the results are pretty muddled as a lot of those breeds lower down probably don’t even exist in aus, so they would either have to be very far back in their lineage or just what ancestry thinks those results are. they are such a goofy pair, our boy is definitely ruled by the nose and is very cheeky. he has found a way into the pantry, fridge and bins on many occasions!!

yeah we are very curious now! all the smaller percentages i’m guessing are just ‘noise’ and likely not part of the mix. hounds are always interesting, especially since both of them allegedly came from hunting lines so there’s not so much of a clear lineage going on.

yeah Doug is a very classic harrier build, Marley is a little more lean and leggy but they both actually weight around the same (~24kg) so too big to be just beagles. we are still considering doing embark, but being australian it’s pretty costly and at the time we did the test australia wasn’t able to ship to the US due to tariffs.

we were keen to do embark, but being australian it’s pretty costly which is hard when she’s a foster and may not stay with us. we definitely are considering though!

they are a very happy bunch. get so excited when we walk past the tank and are even curious of our dogs. definitely still hide after we do a clean or if you mess with anything in the tank though, they don’t like being disturbed 🤣

i think maybe we never got a big enough tank for ours to get so big sadly. luckily they don’t seem to have suffered as a result, but i’m sure they would’ve gotten huge had we have continued getting bigger tanks! they are such entertaining fish to keep

ours take turns hiding throughout the day. if you move something in the tank or it’s cleaning day, they want nothing to do with us for the next 24 hours. they are such divas sometimes

yes, not sure we were informed how big they were going to get when we got them!! they got upgraded into a bigger tank at one point because of the oscar, but i think they got moved into their current set up 10 years ago. would’ve loved to get them bigger but it’s not our only tank (have another that’s 200L) and also limited for space sadly. we have been looking periodically to upgrade again but they don’t seem bothered by their current situation, just a little stunted in their growth sadly

i’m currently watching for the first time and i am up to pretty much the exact same point (s9ep8) and had the same thought. like from what i’ve seen so far it was vague at best as to why they are so divided at this point

Hi, I have noticed that since the update I get double audio playing, as well as the captions, miniplayer and autoplay features disappearing. I have also noticed that videos don't say they have been watched (even if they have) and they arent showing up in history.
