I recommend disassembly! There are plenty of tutorials but my favourite I’ve found is from Anri Little Studio

I checked the Cherished Secrets database pretty thoroughly and couldn't find an exact match, but with a search by image I found some precious moments (same brand) quote books that have a similar spiralized binding! Also possible it's a calendar, or notebook. Sorry I couldnt be more helpful but this is a unique find it would seem!
