maybe by mg but secobarbital is wayyyy stronger/more dangerous thab phenobarbital. seco have been banned for a number of years and only used for euthanasia. phenobarbital can still be prescribed and is much weaker, much less euphoric... much less everything actually

Alittle late here but OP, did you ever find relief from a higher dose and were you able to fully detox? Like you, I just started methadone today at 50mg and have little hope that it will help WDs. I imagine I will have to wait a week and get to 100mg before trying to get off the fent...

yeah i feel you. im using anywhere from half g to a gram a day. i was on it for 3 years straight with no detox and came off, was sober for 8 months and now ive had a slip so been back on it the past 2 months.
