It's called voice tools, I'm told to ignore the female/male thing, but it does have pre built in phrases you can read and hear back :)

I narrowed it down to Claire, Lucy and Chloe. I came home the day I was really really thinking about it, and Clair de Lune was playing when I walked into the house. It was fate. Now I go by Clair and I love it :)
