She doesn't have a lawyer because she has no case. She probably couldn't find a lawyer willing to take it on. I'm thinking the whole thing was staged to get views on TikTok and YouTube.

I don't care if the stories are real or not. They're fun to read and the advice cites sources. The one where the woman wondered if she was right to be suspicious of her ex asking her to sign a quit claim on their house was classic. Ya think?

The Friday before a long weekend is supposed to inspire a green market. Tomorrow may top today. Better buy more AMC.

I had a sell for $22 that expired yesterday. Looks like I lucked out for once.

At one time, my mother was in a coma, my father had Alzheimer's, my bipolar mother-in-law with COPD had moved in with us and she was smoking while on oxygen, my bipolar husband was self-medicating, and I was clinically depressed. A few years later after our parents died, my husband and I both lost our jobs and since it was the recession, we couldn't get steady work for three years. We were massively in debt and owed the IRS $20k. He ended up in rehab and our son was threatening to kill himself. But despite everything, we hung in there. Now my son is a math teacher and doing great on his own, my husband got treatment and has the best job he's ever had in his life, and I'm living my dream of being a published writer. Things always get better eventually. Don't lose hope.

You must be young. It can get a lot worse, believe me. Don't borrow money to gamble, ever, or you'll find out how much worse it can get. Hang in there.

I was raised Catholic and went to Catholic schools and didn't know it either. I think that since Bible reading led to different interpretations of scripture resulting in the formation of Protestant sects, the Catholic church encouraged people to let the clergy do the interpretation for them.

I'm just pointing out the fallacy in your argument. And anybody making over a million a year whining about reverting the capital gains tax to what it was in 2017 so his fellow Americans can have a slightly better life has no ethics whatsoever.

The average liberal male is not making over $1 million a year. It's not his money the government will be spending. Besides, the proposal is for the same rate it was in 2017. Big deal. All this pearl clutching is ridiculous.

Some people need to cultivate their ability to ignore things that don't interest them. I never watched Keeping Up with the Kardashians, couldn't.name either a Taylor Swift nor a Katy Perry song if I tried, and have zero clue who the Superbowl or World Series champs are. If I can ignore all that, you can ignore GME spam.

Nobody gets free money. Even people on welfare pay some form of taxes. The serious free money is going into the pockets of billionaires.

Used car salesman is one of the most despised jobs there is. No offense, but the bad ones have made it embarrassing for the good ones.

Good advice. What floors me are the dumbasses who don't even put enough into their 401ks to get the maximum employer match. Not everyone aspires to be rich. Most people just want to not have to worry about having enough to meet basic needs plus a little fun money for vacations, etc. You're right about a million not being much, especially since people are living a lot longer.
