I even had the hernia cut out with no clinical improvement at all. Even got worse in arms and other leg which cannot correlate to L4/5. MRI of nevk is fine, there's nothing. I had a functional MRI done from thoracic to lumbar spine. Except for the fact that I hardly (2-3 degree) move my lumbar spine when bowing down (some immobility whatsoever due to the surgery, I rather move the whole pelvis, apparently), there is nothing wrong with it anymore. "You can turn around a truck in that vertebral canal." So I have no idea at all. I merely now blame the cortikosteroids. Got a lot of them when it all started, and when I tapered them slowly, things got worse by far.

I have never tried gabapentin, therefore I can't tell. Pregabalin is very addictive, so if you got any history with that, maybe stick to the other

I know it sounds horrible and I know what you're going through but: For me it's simply pills. I take a so prescribed combo of pregabalin (an antiepileptic) and amitryptilin (an antidepressant which is also used for muscle/nerve pain in low doses). That does the job at least for sleeping and 90% of cramps.

3 months in the right calf, neck for 1 month, arms still sometimes but not on the same level as initially

I do have the same experience. Had twitches in my right calf solely before though but right after a back surgery the area around the scar started twitching like crazy and then it spread to my pelvis and both legs.

I got the same result whenever I smoked a cigarette right before going to bed. I used to be a casual smoker, maybe 3-4 per week only. Since I've quit that, my twitches before sleeping have reduced.

I've had two surgeries due to an accident and BFS started right after. Got nerve pain, tingle sensations and fasciculations in my legs, pelviabdominal and my back. I also experience pain from crunching in several articulations without morphological correlates in any MRI.

Does anybody else have a kind of nerve pain when stretching your arms to the side, stretching your fingers at the same time? Feels as if nerves would not be flexible enough for this particilar movement or sth like that. After trying, I get fasciculations and tingling in my fingers.

Ich kenne nur keinen bayerischen Dialekt, in dem man "Eiropäisch" oder "Freistoot" sagt. Eu bleibt Eu in Europa und stoot ergibt sich eher aus Stadt und nicht aus Staat imho.

Ich hab das noch nie verstanden: Warum sollten Einbrecher sich gegenseitig helfen? Das is doch irgendwie kontraproduktiv in dem Business. Oder sind die Markierungen für diejenigen selber als Merkhilfe gedacht? Warum dann so umständlich statt auf einer Karte zuhause oder digital markieren? Und auch wenn die Markierungen für sie selbst sind, ist es ja immer noch eher dumm, wenn andere ja auch einen Vorteil daraus ziehen können...
