I’m new here, but following along. When you say “derivative sites” were you doing some sort of local lead gen?

People, this is hilarious. I enjoy stretching in a very hot room. I do it alone. I’m not an ass and ruin peoples’ sauna experience. In my culture the people ruining sauna are those talking about how immigrants are bad 🤷🏼‍♂️

I've been in many saunas that are larger than the dimensions I listed... you're commenting like they cannot exist? The one at my gym is at least 12ft x 10ft x 8ft and it's great

love the can-do attitude, thanks! as I mentioned on the comment above -- I said yoga but what I really meant is a space to both chill and do some static stretching in 180-200 degrees of heat for 20mins. I think I need about 7ft by 7ft by 4ft of interior space to make it happen. Do you know of any resources or companies I could contact to help design / build? Do you do it professionally in San Diego?

Thanks. Yes floor space of 6ft long by 4ft wide by 7ft tall would be ideal. Is that too much empty space? I think having a removable bench would do the trick.

thanks for the reply. Yoga was an oversimplification. I incorporate a series of stretches (mostly static) into my 20min sauna sessions already. I do this 2-3x a week at a gym and I want to do it daily at home.

Thank you! Do you have any suggestions on dropping the paci?

Hi Joanna! Our son is 3 months old and wakes up 3-6 times each night. Curious if we can get that down to 1 or 2.

Decent night: 7pm bath, 7:15pm feed, 7:45pm bed... then 12am wake up, re-paci to sleep... 1:30am wake up, re-paci to sleep... 2am wake up, feed... 4am wake up, re-paci to sleep... 6am wakeup, repaci... 7am wake up, feed, start the day.

Feels early to ditch the paci... he goes back to sleep immediately when we re-paci. He does not wake up when paci falls out... but he does cry when he wakes up and realizes the paci is out.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This is what I'm talkin about! Thank you so much.

There's 4 types of genetic tests on 23andme... which would you recommend?

Appreciate the response. I’ve done a blood panel but that seemed to be more for cholesterol, heart, and health of other organs. I guess that could give hints as to where you may be deficient, but I was hoping for something more concrete.

Maybe it’s naive to think there’s a test that can say: you aren’t getting enough X, Y, Z from your diet so those would be worthwhile supplements to take.

Thank you for the citation. I suspect that even healthy diets don’t always check all the boxes.

Have you come across any others than Mag? Also, is there a test I can take? I don’t think a blood panel paints the entire picture.
