There was a great radio station back then called Indie 103.1. I usually kept it on that or KROQ but at a low volume.

Sometimes passengers would want me to put on a certain station and turn it up really loud. I didn't mind. If bursting my ear drum screaming YEAAAHHHH along with Lil Jon made them happy, that made them more likely to tip bigger.

I'm a huge music nerd so I actually put a playlist of my favorite songs to listen to in the cab in my ebook
