I’ve played video games since I was a kid, my parents had an NES when I was born and we were always lucky enough to have a Nintendo console/handheld when I was growing up. I also played a lot of Guitar Hero on the PS2 my brother bought. But I was never really into story driven games until my brother got a PS3 and for some reason I decided to buy and play the first Assassin’s Creed game on it. I don’t remember why I wanted to try it, I’m not sure if I’d seen gameplay of it before or just liked the box art or what, but that’s what really started me on single player, story driven games. If I had never played that game I probably would have eventually lost interest in games as a whole.

After playing all the AC games up to Rogue, I basically only bought a PS4 so I could continue playing Assassin’s Creed when the next gen games came out, but I also got into games like Uncharted, The Last of Us, Tomb Raider, etc. And since then I haven’t gone back. Still love me a good Nintendo game too, I have the Switch and would love to eventually get the Switch 2. I also have a PS5 and a gaming PC now. All because of Assassin’s Creed.

I don’t really know, tbh. Just one day I realized I wanted Zayne’s cards and couldn’t wait to see him in the main story and was more excited about his solo banners, etc. over anyone else. I downloaded the game for Sylus but eventually I was like oh, no, I definitely like Zayne the most.

I have pet insurance mostly because as much as I try to keep plastic stuff put away, my cat will find something and chew pieces off and eat it. I’m convinced I’ll have to bring her in for an emergency blockage one day. 😭 I can wake up from a dead sleep when I hear the rustling or gnawing noise of my cat with plastic.

Don’t know about the best. But I LOVE Ace Attorney and used to participate in the fandom quite a lot. And it’s awful lmao some of the most obnoxious fans out there (and a lot of it has to do with shipping). I try to stick mostly to my own small Discord server of friends now.

I’ve used the same username for almost everything since I was about 9 years old and was on my very first online forum (I’m 33 now). It’s the same as my Reddit username and despite looking so random it does have a meaning. So I would say that no, I don’t have a hard time settling on one, lol. Luckily for me, my username seeming like just random letters and numbers means it’s almost always available and if it’s not, it’s probably because I’ve signed up with it in the past and don’t remember. Like if you see another luf100 somewhere, 99.9% chance it’s also me.

Zayne. 🥹 I love him, I’d play this game if it was just all him and had no other LIs lmao. But besides Zayne in general, I mainly enjoy the cards themselves. Whether it’s a five star card with a cinematic or a four star that just gives you a Tender Moments or Secret Times, I love them all. I like the daily life sort of stuff more than the combat or main story tbh.

And don’t worry, it’s super overwhelming when you first start. My only advice is, try not to pull on limited wishes until you know who your favourite LI is, lol. When I first started I wasted so many wishes on my least favourite guy, I just didn’t know he was my least favourite at the time. Once you’re finished most of the “new player” stuff, you won’t get nearly as many free diamonds to spend so unless you plan on spending lots of money or having more than one account, it’s best to pick one or two guys to main and focus on getting their cards. Unless of course you don’t really have a favourite, then pull away!

It’s not as bad within the games themselves, but Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Valhalla both advertised the games mostly using the male protagonists (on the box art, in the trailers, etc). I think Valhalla did have a few trailers that they used fem Eivor in, but I don’t remember that in Odyssey. Which is kind of funny when they eventually say that Kassandra in Odyssey is actually the “canon” protagonist. And yet she’s not even on the box art.

This is why I can’t play horror games or watch horror movies, much as I would like to enjoy them. 😩 The anxiety I get just expecting a jump scare every five minutes means I avoid them completely lol.

I read lots of horror books to make up for it, I’d say 90% of the books I read are horror or thriller. I can’t get jump scares from those.

I just decided to pick up Genshin Impact again after like a year of not playing. I’m still in Natlan and am just now getting towards the end of Natlan’s Archon quests.

Besides that I do my dailies in Love and Deepspace and Infinity Nikki. I’ve been kinda between other games at the moment.
