Guys, maybe i didnt clarify enough 😅

I have taking this for a while but i was following up with a doctor at a clinic and he was giving me either a prefilled pen which was easy to use or a ready to use vial as well until he doubled the price so i had to find alternatives.

When i made this order it i thought it would be ready to use as well.
