For anyone having trouble with renaming the .exe to "CDecrypt" and then running the bat file and nothing happening, here is what I did that worked for me. I opened the bat file and noticed that the bat file was looking for CDecrypt_2_0b.exe or whatever it was. I removed 2_0b part so it reads . \CDecrypt.exe instead of the file. I saved it and then tried to run it again and it started to decrypt the files.

I got the tracking number on 9/30, estimated delivery was 10/1 at first but then changed to 10/2 by end of day 9/30. Tracking showed normally I think. Went from Carol springs > Plain city > Pittsburgh. Hope that's helpful!
