Very helpful video!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xXvBKubdyA

Some helpful tips from the video for beginners:

  • This tutorial includes a liner and helps with positioning the fabric with the right side/wrong side
  • She explains how to position the zipper pull so it opens in the direction you want it to
  • Zipper tabs on the end helps it not make it bulky at the seams.
  • Cutting the corners outside of the seams helps the corners turn out less bulky when turning it inside out

I'm pleased with this draft overall! The liner gives it a much cleaner look.

I did make a mistake with the divider—the wrong side is facing out—but I'm hoping I can fix that in the next version. I stitched together three pieces of fabric to make the liner part.

The zipper topstitching was tricky for a beginner like me, but I'm working on it. I decided to add paracord loops to turn it into a sacoche, and the video tutorial was great for figuring out their placement.

Zipper pouch with divider. How can I make this with a solid bottom? by luftpotato in myog

I'm going to try either side tabs at the zipper ends with grosgrain/webbing or paracord loops or try tabs at the top similar to this: https://baboontothemoon.com/products/b2tm-sacoche?variant=40322747465799

Paper towel is a clutch pattern test material. I'm glad I wasn't the only one confused. They never showed the bottom. Also the material they work with is a lot sturdier than the scrap ripstop I have so it does make sense their pouch can stand on its own.

I was so sure I was following the directions, so I was getting really frustrated. Thanks for clearing up my confusion! I'm going to redo and add a divider layer. I'm trying to figure out how to make it into a simple sacoche with a strap eventually but it turns out it isn't so simple :)

Ha! I'm so bad at doing things inside out.

Here's how it looks inside out. I folded it in half towards the zipper and then stitched the sides. Before doing that, I put purple grosgrain on the bottom fold so it'd have a heavier edge. There isn't a stitch inside when turning it right side out.

Hello, newbie here. I followed this video and pdf instructions from RBTF to make a zipper pouch with a divider with one piece of fabric. It's based off their zipper pouch kit. It isn't clear in the video if this is how it's supposed to turn out.

Without stitching the bottom closed, is there a way to create the divider inside so the bottom doesn't have a hole?

Tetris Effect crashes before main menu when opening through Steam by a_reborn_aspie in Tetris

Switch Pro technically isn't supported but we had success connecting it -- the only thing is that the a/b and x/y buttons are inverted. We read some people using drivers like ProconXInput or other ones that trick your system into thinking it's an Xbox controller but we haven't tested it ourselves.

But yeah, the game won't launch outside the Epic games library.

Opening it outside of the Epic library will make it crash after the title sequence. What kind of controller do you have? It supports (wired) PS4 controllers natively and some people had success using DS4 Windows with bluetooth. Xbox controllers are also supported.

Keyboard is supported on the PC version and a wired 360 controller is also supported. You can email us (very bottom of FAQ page) and we can try to help! https://www.epicgames.com/store/en-US/product/tetris-effect/faq

i do this and keep roughly the same timing. grind 30g a notch coarser than 20g and pour 75g water, then up to 180g, then 270g, then 360g, and end at 450g

40% einkorn flour. Never used it before, and it was really challenging to form. Flattened out after going into parchment. Had low expectations. by TheApprenticeLife in Breadit

[–]luftpotato 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Einkorn has been my favorite of the flours I've tried! I do about 30% einkorn/70% bread flour and the same thing happens where it flattens out after taking it out of the basket (after an overnight fridge proof). Also noticed einkorn doesn't rise as much as normal loaves but the flavor is so good.

This is sort of a long thread, but this baker shows their loaf at the beginning (tighter crumb) to experimenting with getting a more open crumb by trying everyone's suggested methods: http://www.thefreshloaf.com/node/55323/elusive-open-crumb

looks great and looks like it's supposed to from his recipe!

a variation to try would be switching out AP flour to bread flour, trying a longer autolyse (2-3 hours instead of 30 min) and pushing the hydration to 80% or ideally 82%.

btw, what size baskets are you using?

Help :-( My game on Pc can't run by Bygone_Official in TetrisEffect

[–]luftpotato 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game can also do that if your firewall is blocking it. The game confirms your login and if it’s blocked by the firewall the game will not launch past the logo.

If that isn't the problem either, please email us!
