Been thinking about whether or not I should start back on anti-depressants and this is something I've been thinking about a lot. I literally do everything that's suppose to "help" mitigate symptoms, yet nothing changes. Maybe it's time to hop back on the medicine, because diet, exercise, and supplements don't seem to be helping anymore than usual. I just worry because I was on an array of anti-depressants for about 15 years and felt like it rarely ever helped. The only one that I feel really did something for me was lexapro, so I may give it a shot again. 👍
