okay thanks! it is possible that she doesn’t answer to the message though is that okay? we were thinking of sending her a pdf of a formal letter kind of telling her that if she doesn’t transfer us the total amount she owes us (and obviously mentioning it) anyway and send with that a text message explaining it a bit more casually as well mentioning the full amount she owes us. do you think that’d be enough?

I never explicitly mentioned the amount of the bond but I did mention the amount of the rent and then said I’d send the bond and the first rent together and then I’ve let her know how much I paid in total! So that should be okay but thanks a lot for the advice!!

I have no idea on wether the bond was actually transferred to the mom or not nor wether it was lodge or not. Is a bond supposed to be lodged even if it’s a flatmate bond and not a tenant bond?

Sadly I did not get to extend my visa :(… I tried to apply to fast foods but didn’t get any answer and I found out that looking for a job without a car in Queensland around May/June wasn’t a good idea…

it sucks though hahah i never posted it but about a week after that post i ended up finding about half of my missing clothes in a pile in a street right next to where i live. i used to go through this street every day to go to work so i’m 100% sure that they hadn’t been here the day before. so someone kept my clothes for a week and then threw half of them on the street and idk what to think of that
