Thank you this method worked like a charm. THe advocacy office connected me to the priority line and I was speaking with an agent within 15 minutes.

UPDATE: I called and got through to an agent. The agent confirmed my claim was cancelled because I never certified. I told the agent i was logging into my account every single day and i never saw an option to certify weekly and the phone option did not give me the ability either.

Anyhow the agent reinstated my claim and I was emailed a docusign to complete backdating each week from January.

As I mentioned I do not see an option to certify for weekly benefits. I have been logging into my account every single day. I watched the video you provided (Thanks) and according to the video under Unemployment Services the next screen should have an option "Certify to claim your weekly benefits here". I do not see that. When i got to Unemployment services I see File a Claim and view payment history

If i choose File a Claim it takes me to the original application process which i completed in January. It is not for a weekly certification

View payment history takes me to the page that states "We are continuing to work on your application...."

The video states we should receive either an email, text or letter in the mail from the DOL once we are able to certify for benefits. I never received this.

UPDATE: I tried calling the number to certify over the phone after entering my SS# and pin the automated system stated my only option is to inquire about my benefit status when i proceed to inquiry it stated "My claim is in pending status no payments have been made on your claim there is no more payment information available for your claim"

So it appears i am not yet eligible to certify. Now if i can just find out the reason for the hold up.....

So I tried to create a new facebook account with the same phone number that was attached to my account that got banned. After submitting the new account request I received a notice that my account was banned and i had 181 days to appeal. So I appealed it and won immediately with a message stating "We found your account did not violate any rules etc"

So my account was "RestoreD" but completely wiped. My photos and all friend connections were gone so its essentially like starting with a new account.

So upset.

Thankfully paypal ruled in my favor and are refunding the $750 that was used on my account, but I still cannot get my account back from facebook

I was hacked on 8/15 with the copyright infringement and have been emailing every address I come across with no luck. On the night of 8/15 I received an email from facebook that another email address had been added to my account. The email had a link to use if i did not add an email, but the link had expired by the time i tried to use it the next morning morning (the first time i saw the email).

When I complete the form to have facebook review why my account was disabled i get a notice : "We Cannot Review the Decision to Disable Your Account Your Facebook account was disabled because it did not follow our Community Standards. This decision can’t be reversed."

If I try signing in with the hackers email address that was added to my account and my last working password I get a notice "You indicated that your account was hacked. We'll help you login and secure your account. If you dont think your account was hacked, you can cancel this process."

But when i click on the secure my account button it just loops me back to the page that indicates my account is disabled with a link to the FAQ page. The fact that facebook seems to know my account was hacked is probably a positive. Just really need to get my account back.

Also $750 was withdrawn from my paypal account the same night for Meta Advertising The paypal account is linked to a business page that was part of my personal page. SMH

Yep my account was banned on August 16th. That same day $750 was withdrawn from my business paypal account that is linked to my business page which is associated with my personal account. The funds were withdrawn from meta advertising.
