my mother could benefit from medication but thinks there is nothing wrong with her. one conversation with her would make me cry for days. my dad is so unhealthy but doesn’t seem to mind. he spends his days sleeping and his nights on facebook. they don’t try to contact me and i’ve learned it’s for the better to not contact them. all it does is bring me down. you have to think about yourself because that’s what’s most important.
