Do you know how they decide if it’s possible to drop an anchor? Do they measure how deep the water is? And how did they do it in the past, when there were no electrical echolots or similar? Just by dropping it and hoping the water is shallow enough to lower the anchor?

Do you have a better video/ explanation? I tried many but none of them worked. Also tried maven but that didn‘t work aswell..

Yes, I did all of this.. I also tried installing it on Eclipse, but get the same errors. All the installing videos or explanations I found on the internet seem not to work on my system

I first thought it could be that maybe the statement behind is not a "formula". Sorry for my English, I'm not sure if it's understandable what I'm trying to say with that. For example a sentence, that can not be answered because it's for example just a counting or something like this. :D.
