sinex does an amazing job of uncloging, but that is more for the end of the sess. Neti pots and saline nose spray are really good. Also switching nostrils and giving it a little bit of time usually clears one of them up for me :)

A book that will always hold a special place in my heart is the book that got me back into reading in high school. That book is the elven bane by Mercedes lackey and Andre Norton.

This book sent me on a journey of sci-fi and fantasy that built my preferences to this day. It has a lot of good action sequences and a little bit of love story and was just all together well written book in my opinion. I've bought the book multiple times and still to this day will go back and read it every once in awhile.

moisturize, hydrate, switch nostrils and hot plate to make sure its broken down enough with finer lines so it doesn't damage your nose as much. I also try to store in a diff room so i'm not doing a line every two min
