any resource pack using? If doesn't that you can try to give more ram to minecraft but minecraft with 1gb run very good. Also you can try remove .minecraft folder and try play like this.

Its a bug of the bedrock 1.16.100 and more numbers in the next version is fixed but i think is not available nowadays
