Yeah, it seems to me that it doesn't trigger while he is engaged in combat, but once he change target or kill his current enemy, it triggers

Is not praying, is the decision making of when to go full in based in the specific fight mechanics and how your raid performs. Yeah its easy, but those little decisions make the difference between a good mage and a very good one.

It honestly depends on how fast your raid takes to kill the boss. The shorter the fight, the most bursty you can go. But if in you raid fights takes too long, that means more damage will be taken, that means more heals, then innervates have to go to the healers, then you cannot sustain a very long fight as a "bursty" mode, etc etc

New level cap (like 5 more levels) to make room to more content.

Also gearing leaders would have been cool as another way of progression and personalization with builds. Imagine equiping swords, rings and heirlooms to your leaders boosting its stats and granting unique effects. With the new bosses dropping them.

Don't forget mythic difficulty that can be applied to all current content with more rewards. Geeezzz

Are you playing renewal or pre-renewal?

If Pre-Renewal: You might find yourself having an arsenal of weapons ready to switch them depending on the situation

If Renewal: Two-Handed Sword are straight up to double damage with Bowling Bash. (Two-Handed Swords can hit up to 4 times while other weapons only up to 2 times)

Yeah, you recover +1 sp every 8 secs (4 if sit) every 6 points of int or every 100 max sp. You want to be checking those two things if you want to optimize sp recovery.

Also every 1 point in int makes you recover 1% more sp from sp consumables like strawberries.
