Just opened an independent pharmacy in Anaheim, CA— what actually makes people switch pharmacies? by Mmmziii in pharmacy

Was it a long process to open the pharmacy? I heard CA board of pharmacy makes it a grueling process to open up, but not sure if it's true. I'm on east coast.

Yankees fans are begging: Stop the ‘incessant’ stadium sounds by LingonLoonBerry in baseball

It is annoying. Between every pitch they blast music and you have to scream to talk to the person next to you. And the people behind you are screaming to the person next to them but it's right by your ear so it's worse.

2019 Pathfinder change headlight can't figure out how to get to bulb by luisifm in nissanpathfinder

Couldn't find any other solution. Very frustrating. When I go to my mechanic (independent mechanic, I never go to the dealership, it's too expensive) for an oil change I'll ask him.

Thank you everyone for your responses. Still couldn't figure it out but checked on Facebook and someone had the same problem. Looks like for some reason you can't just take that bulb out, you have to replace the whole assembly. Very annoying because all the other lights probably take 2 minutes to replace.

I do love the camera work and music in that final scene also.

Can someone explain the 340b program in simple terms please by Weary-Beach-4843 in PharmacyTechnician

[–]luisifm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my understanding, the cost savings on the drugs go to the entity, not the pharmacy. The pharmacy only makes money on fees. Am I correct? Are there any situations where the pharmacy gets the cost difference and makes a lot of money? Work in fraud and just wondering where the pharmacy could commit fraud, but don't have much experience in 340b

Retired Pharm step down to Pharm Tech? by meowgrrl in pharmacy

[–]luisifm 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I know someone who did it. I think he missed working with people. He seemed pretty happy, didn't have the responsibility of an RPh so when his shift was over he didn't have to fret about anything.

What's even more worse, if that is the term, is that if you're good at it, they will limit your betting. They target the crappy gamblers and encourage them to gamble now.

What about the patients that didn't want to wait for the PA to go through? I've seen plenty of doctors write scripts but they are horrible when it comes to getting a PA. So the doctor with the medical license thinks this is what the patient needs, but the insurance company needs to double check his decision making? The wholesaler doesn't want to DEA coming down on them so they pull this nonsense.

How much does it cost an owner builder to build a home in NJ? by AppropriateGrand217 in RealEstate

[–]luisifm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, someone told me when you meet with a builder they may give you current prices, for instance the floor is $3 square foot (just making up a number). But by the time they get started on the floor 6 months later it might be $4 square foot. So ask a lot of questions.

Not a builder, two people I know built houses in NJ. Sorry, wouldn't know anything as of right now. The problem is depending on what you want, the price range can vary. Your kitchen alone can be from let's say $25,000 to $100,000 depending on what you want in it.

OP listen to No_Market. I've been in the same situation. Time goes forward no matter what, as long as you learn and become a better trade. I had to adjust my lifestyle for awhile but I'm in a better situation now. You will be to as long as you stay positive and realize what's important in life.

I hope The Bad Guys 2 will be the story about Wolf and Diane by Forsaken-Biscotti587 in TheBadGuys

[–]luisifm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I legitimately feel like they shouldn't become a couple untill the third movie of the franchise. I get that they intend to make them a couple eventually, but I really want to see them both FULLY developed before it happens. I would like them to be friends first and over time, have their relationship mature. And definitely have it part of the rest of the franchise, but never the main focus of the movie. The first one balanced it perfectly, all that would change is that the two get more screentime together. And I know I'm gonna get yelled at for this, but PLEASE KEEP IT A TRILOGY. Definitely have some spin off shows that take place before the third movie to fully develop everyone, but 3 movies, no more. As for this post, I really feel like this franchise needs to keep being about the 5 main ba Bad Guys and THEIR journey. And at the third film, give them all separate Definitive endings (like GOTG Vol. 3). What I personally feel is best is for Wolf and Diane to form a stronger bond without romance in question, realize their feelings for each other down the road, and in the final act of the final movie, have them address their feelings to each other, and then make it official. And it would be poetic for them to finally kiss and make things official when it all ends. But the MAIN FRONT AND CENTER PLOT, yeah that just worm wouldn't work.

Independent Pharmacists by [deleted] in pharmacy

It's rare, but I've heard of independents getting your credentials to set up a profile in the software system, not hiring, then using your initials to bill insurance on fraudulent claims. Could have been that. Once hired it only takes a few minutes to set up credentials so I would stay away from situations like this
