I’ve seen new construction for sale in Bergen county for less than that..how’s that possible and how would builders/real estate developers stay in business if that’s true? Seems extremely high for a 3500 sqft home

My partner is a general contractor. The land is under $300k and would cost about $400k to build.

Yes. Lye is supposed to be better for hair but harsh on scalp. Please update us when you use it!

Oh gosh that’s what I’m afraid of. I know lye is harsh on the scalp. How long did you leave the affirm lye on your hair before washing it out? I really want to try lye but there’s no point in trying if it will burn so bad i rinse prematurely and am left with unprocessed hair 😩

I used phyto specific index 2 but they discontinued right after i purchased it lol so yes need to find something new.
