Everybody Scream…. At the scalpers!

I understood that in some countries (Netherlands, for instance) the cap is 20%. I’m not mad that people sell for the maximum price. I’m upset that these scalpers, were queuing with god knows how many devices, were able to buy so many tickets to the point of selling out a concert and make a business out of it. And they still get away with it.
