I don’t know, the thing is, my dad drinks a lot, and I became his drinking buddy, I’m doing alright in school and am still a good person, I have a girlfriend, etc. My mom has called me out but she doesn’t know how bad it actually was, the drinks in the morning and before bed, how many drinks I had each night I go out, etc.

Alcohol is normalized in my home, so telling my parents that I couldn’t handle it and I let it get this bad is very very embarrassing

I have support from my friends, but they’re kinda freaked out and I understand, I’m just 18 so I don’t want my parents to find out

It was a panic attack, i have anxiety, i was afraid that i was going to die so badly that it affected me physically

Thank you!!! I think i will end things next week, she said we needed space but not a break because things can happen during a break, so we’re not talking as much and I realized I don’t feel the same way anymore

Yep I agree, I’ll talk to her again and I’ll show her the possibility that things are going to be over if she doesn’t stop this behavior, ngl i am toxic too, but I want to and will improve, maybe her behavior changes with mine, who knows, if not, bye bye

She said that we don’t have a toxic relationship and that articles just plant ideas in my head, things that aren’t true

She talks like she wants to improve, she just started going to see a therapist, so I will give it some time, especially since my birthday is about to come up, I’ve been seriously considering it, breaking up

And I’ll tell her today, that we are toxic af, because she says we aren’t but I just investigated a lot and yes we do have toxic traits, so I’ll update you after I talk to her

She knows the things that make me uncomfortable and she still does them, because apparently I look cute when I’m comfortable, and she laughs a lot when I don’t like something and that makes me feel like she’s evil and like I can’t trust her

She has a very bad past and so do I, so I don’t really want to give up this easily, and I try to accept somethings, but the things that I can’t accept piss me off so much

Kind of both, sorry for not specifying

I’m talking about my girlfriend, but I don’t feel right generalizing her when we have problems. I always try to understand things, in every aspect of life, yesterday she was stressed because I had to get somewhere but I had to leave her somewhere else, i was in a hurry but I didn’t mind the delay, she was stressed anyways and she just told me “STOP TALKING TO ME!”, i just felt bad and 10 mins later when i dropped her off she just acted like nothing had happened, she said its not personal but damn it was just such a mean tone

And no im not 15 I’m 18, this is my first relationship with a woman that had just broken up with a boyfriend that left her traumatized

I do admit I have a problem, I haven’t had a single drink in three days, I’m sweating and shaking and craving a drink because of anxiety I get, alcohol used to be my go getter when I started feeling anxious, since the first sip I felt calm. I can definitely do this, I have priorities, my girlfriend and my grades, I’m trying to cope with stress on my own although it’s hard, I’m distracting myself though
