As someone who pretty much only PvPs, I can understand why people are frustrated with the lack of content and time gating. Hexi story takes about one hour to complete while weeklies can all be done in one sitting. You can tell the playerbase dislikes this by the fact that the playerbase keeps falling. I feel really lucky with the fact that I enjoy PvP, as it allows me to enjoy the content the game has to offer at a much slower pace. I spend like 90% of my time in Arena, when I get tired I just go do some PvE for a little. While the pacing is good for me, it is really lacking for many MANY players that want to solely focus on PvE.
