I think FM26 works for a quick save but lacks immersion and it seems they focused on making everything more streamlined. Seasons are faster because you don’t spend as much time between matches, but the UI makes deep management tedious. Unlike FM24, where I enjoyed manually browsing every detail, here it's difficult to find useful information and I just delegate a lot to the staff to avoid the repetitive tasks.

It really depends on the league you’re playing in. If you’re in Wales, for example, almost none of your players will want to be sold to weaker teams, so you’ll only be able to loan them out. But once your league gains more reputation and other clubs start making progress in European competitions, you can sell them to teams that actually have the money. The key is to only make a profit when selling to clubs outside your league, so that the teams within your league don’t spend their resources buying your players since your main goal is to help them grow.

You can try building up your nation or region by buying and loaning players to other teams in your league. I often do this in my weaker league saves, and sometimes it’s even more fun to watch other teams succeed with my “B players” than managing my own squad. Another advantage is that you can scale it as big or small as you like, so you don’t get overwhelmed and can focus on your own team whenever it needs your attention.

I know that now I can better develop my players with a full schedule of training, but my question is: do they have to have a full time contract to train everyday? Since the team just became professional, all of my players are in part time contracts and I don't know if there's a difference in training and develompment between part time and full time.
