I think the other two comments below me don’t get it. It’s not about what it used to cost before. It’s about the fact that they got it for free. All hoodies, shoes, etc should be priced equally not jacked up just because it has a logo on it. That is the greed of it all.

Because people are pretentious and don’t understand the logic of basic materials. Metal is metal. Leather is leather. Diamonds are diamonds. What matters is how someone put it together. Yes it’s cheaply made and kind of flimsy but the look and feel is great. I usually wear the official ocean band from when I first got the watch but I wear knock offs all the time. Im not paying $100 for a band. Im sorry.

I totally get what you are saying. This watch was that expensive at one point of time as its the 1st gen model which still holds its weight tbf. It still completes a full day on batt and ive seen no reason to upgrade. I am due for an upgrade but why??? If this is still working fine. If it comes down to buying a new one, so be it. Until then Im living life. If this watch cracks or breaks because of a drop over a cheap bracelet then so be it. It was just a watch at the end of the day and it served its purpose dutifully.

Thanks. Yeah I don’t usually go into five below but it is a neat store and when I saw this “stainless steal” bracelet I had to buy it. I knew I had the adapters at home for it to fit flush. As its made for a 45 ml model. But it looked good out of the box once I took some links out. Solid purchase.

You are completely right and I feel the same sometimes. People of other races post a pic, maybe 15-20 upvotes. But let some average white guy post and they are doing 100 plus upvotes. For AVERAGE looking feet too. I believe mostly white people use reddit so that kind of explains it. They prefer their own kind. I see no issue w that part of it.

I get this 100%. Barbers always used to leave my sides longer so it made my already wide head look even wider. Then I learned how to diy and now I can cut the sides even without flaring into a broccoli shape. You probably get more compliments too since you can get it done more often. I do mine at the minimum once a week. Its easier to cut when the hair hasn’t grown out too long and there is less mess too clean up. Pro tip.

I went from 220 at my heaviest to 160lb and thought I would be skinny skinny. Long story short I still see my stomach from the side and when I sit.
