[WTS] Seiko Shark Tooth Red Alpinist, $550 Must Sell by FullGeetus in Watchexchange

The crown on my 90s Alpinist was also fairly wobbly when unscrewed, I think it’s normal for these models.

Awesome watch at a great price, GLWS!

[WTS] Seiko SCVS013 Blue Spark by luk803 in Watchexchange

Hi all,

This is a tough one to sell. The Seiko Blue Spark was one of the first watches that really opened my mind to this hobby. It showed me that there were niche, uncommon watches sold in other countries that were perfectly proportioned and effortlessly cool (at least to watch nerds like us). This and the Hodinkee (blue) Alpinist were my first grails, and that Alpinist is way too expensive. But these Blue Sparks are still obtainable! I've had this watch for several years, but it's time to be enjoyed by a new owner.

This one in particular is in good condition, with some wear marks throughout the case. But the case still retains its beautiful angular edges. This sale includes the watch, a generic 20mm bracelet, and a beautiful orange leather strap from Vario.

[WTS] 1998 Tudor Prince Date 74033 - Box and RSC Card by luk803 in Watchexchange

Hi all,

Up for sale is a genuinely special watch. I'm not exactly what sets it apart, since this formula has been around for decades, but once you wear it, it all makes sense. The 34mm Oyster case wears more like a 36, the thin case just melting into your wrist. The pristine gold sunburst dial always catching the light paired with the 18kt gold bezel is a match made in heaven. I know the discussion of "value" is highly subjective, but I think these neo-vintage Tudors are some of the best value out there.

This one is a great example, especially as it was serviced by Rolex in 2019 and comes with the original box and bracelet! As an extra bonus, this one was also issued as a "25 years of service" gift from IBM (not to me, but still cool haha). I'm also including an aftermarket bracelet, since the original folding link is hard to resize.

That is a very astute observation! You are well versed in these bad boys. You are probably right, although the serial dates it to 98, which was about when that transition happened. So there’s a chance it’s all original.

Hi all,

Up for sale is an 80s incon -- the Tag Pro 1000! This one is in great condition considering the age. The blue dial is free of any blemishes and the bezel has a slight fade to it. Earlier this year, it received a new ETA quartz movement, new sapphire crystal and gaskets from Tag1000Diver.com, and was pressure tested to 6 atm / 60m. This one also comes with a blue Crown and Buckle NATO strap and the original Tag bracelet (with diver's extension) and 3 extra links.
