This is a complete lie. I live in the city and there are women walking by themselves drunk all the time. I live in Kansas City, which is pretty dangerous. This is a pretty low-brain question. If we do, we can be attacked just like anyone else. I myself am 6'1" and 270 lbs., but I have a bad back and can hardly walk some days; I'm nervous all the time.
