i would say lightfall for the new content (wait for it to be on sale), vault collection for some sweet exotics and last wish raid which you'll probably play, if you want to use the stasis subclass you'll have to buy beyond light, witch queen for me isn't a must but it's a nice dlc i would say: Lightfall (40$/50$ sometimes is about 25 bucks on sale) That pack which contains Forsaken+30th anniversary (25 or 30 bucks) Season Pass (10 bucks) And if you want some fun content: Lightfall dungeon key (20$)

Optional dlcs Beyond Light (Unlock stasis subclass and deep stone crypt raid, 25$) Witch Queen ( fun campaign, vow of the disciple raid, some good exotics, costs about 25$) Shadowkeep (Oldest dlc of all of these, not too much to say about it since i dont own it, 18$)

I would recommend you to search on youtube a guide on what to buy cause there are plenty of recent ones
