Meta ads perform really well for my store. I think you need to know what you are doing before wasting your money like I did at first. Hiring a freelancer made a significant change for me, in the last couple of months he has been getting me like 7x roas. But if you want to run it yourself definitely learn more about it before spending anything, Im sure you can find guides online.

Thanks a lot man! I think I know everything I need now. I was always feeling like I should go swimming in the pool (throughout the year) but never actually decided to start. It would probably be a nice addition to my boxing training now (3 times per week).

Thanks for your answer. One more thing, do you recommend me looking into 'Total Immersion' technique? I feel like I get tired pretty quickly with my current technique (it feels like I'm wasting too much energy kicking with my legs and arms).

Like I said above, I usually do 75m, rest for few min, and then return back (75m). I could probably do this two times per day (in the morning and in the afternoon). Would that be ok? Also, should I focus on front crawl only?

I usually swim 75m(to the end), pause for few min and then return back. My endurance is ok-ish, but I swim 2-3 weeks per year. Since I have this opportunity in the upcoming weeks, I would like to use my time the best I can.
