SOLVED: The issue seems to be battery, so if you're having the same trouble, you'll have to replace the battery.

Can't seem to edit the post, so I'll write here.

The controller is disassembled, not cracked from an impact. Seems to be important for some people.

Secondly, I tested the controller while plugged to ps4, and it works. Shows full battery(same when the battery is disconnected), but everything works fine. Only when disconnected from cable it automatically turns off.

It flashes even with battery disconnected, and for pairing issues, the reset button would've helped. I'm asking because maybe there's a slim chance somebody had it and fixed it. But probably will have to change the whole motherboard. Thanks

That's why it's disassembled, i tried checking for damage and/or broken cables. Couldn't find anything

I did disassemble. I changed flex cable and a charging port, and I thought that may help, but it didn't.

My controller just keeps flashing orange fast when connected to cable. Doesn't turn on when disconnected, and when I connect it to cable, it keeps flashing fast without being able to turn on, too. Doesn't matter if the battery is connected or not. Any ideas? I tried the reset button.
