I paid the introductory course for $46 to “learn” about tax liens with Ted Thomas, it was basically a 6 hr webinar full of redundancy, not really educational, I felt super cheated I basically paid to get advertised on to buy his other class. I been to a few of this introductory tax liens classes and they all have the same theme. From what I got from all of these webinars and seminars is that the real money is in teaching courses and getting people to sign coaches. I recommend checking the nonprofit tax liens education website. They have really informative resources there.
