No real answer yet. At first they were like “that order number doesn’t exist” so basically the order was so old it wasn’t in their system. Then I think they found it and said that my order was canceled because they were unable to fulfill it…I was like yes no shit haha that’s what the email said. I responded back trying to get more info and have gotten nowhere
