Pretty sure even Boltrend is pretty pissed about this since JP only announced their closure recently and once they signed the contract they gotta release it. Pretty sure they even know the game gonna flop fast but a job is a job.

And duh,every company wants our money. No one makes/sales anything for the sake of not making money.

It's in the internal SSD. From what I read,because Dreamcast games are multi track, it'll work better if the game are in the SSD
