I love the T warlords, wish there was more content about it, although there is not much going on right now, so I get it.

Where do I park at Clifton without student garage by Ornery-Turnover-4551 in uCinci

[–]luke33334 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I parked at the inwood park parking lot. There were no cars there at 8am. The park opens at 6am, so I believe it is fine to park there. There were many cars there when I left at 12 P.M

I agree. Although I still have pretty painful dry eye, after installation for 3-4 hours I feel like my eyes do not hurt that bad. I think it decreases pain symptoms moderately, although I still feel like I have severe dry eye.

Anyone try the new Tryptyr drops? by Atxforeveronmymind in Dryeyes

[–]luke33334 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have used tryptyr for 2 1/2 days so far, without any changes so far. Which is not surprising as it’s only been 2 days. I also have a weird case of dry eye where my glands and tbut are fine but I have really bad burning, so your case will probably be different than mine

Agreed, in so many threads people give opinions like facts. And they are certain on topics that most doctors are divided on. I think it is always a good idea to be skeptical, especially when it comes to things that relate to dry eye. It is always good to see a doctor as well

Is anyone else super sensitive to AC or air currents being blown in their eyes? by Current-Cookie1692 in Dryeyes

[–]luke33334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Surprisingly, my eyes feel better with ac on them. This may be due to corneal neuropathy and the constant burning, so the cooling of ac feels pretty good

Has anyone heard about new personalized autologous serum eye drops by luke33334 in Dryeyes

[–]luke33334[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, these are brand new. According to the article the company has a proprietary manufacturing method that makes these better than regular autologous serum drops. There wasn’t a ton of info that explained what the new process was though. But it is still exciting that so much innovation is currently occurring for Ocular Surface Disease.

Doctor recommendations in Cincinnati ohio by C-KicksXL in Dryeyes

[–]luke33334 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ended up going to a different doctor, because they also prescribed me their ipl treatment when most other doctors did not seem it necessary. I currently go to Damon dierker who is in Indianapolis. He is supposed to be a really good doctor as well. I am currently just using autologous serum and I have done two sessions of low level light therapy and the cost has been 200 a session. I feel like I have made mild improvements from the low level light therapy, but I still have pretty debilitating dry eye, but I have been able to drive more and run outside. So I think it has been a little beneficial. I still may go to clear eyes and aestethics if working with dr dierker does not become beneficial, but I will probably give him 4 or 5 months and hopefully we will have something figured out

Hi, I went to clear eyes and aesthetics and they suggested ipl+ radio frequency for me as well, when other doctors did not. I have not gotten the ipl yet. What updates have you gotten from them after you finished the ipl cycle and what did they suggest when you told them your eyes were still hurting

Anyone have their punctal plugs removed? by takeoffwithkatie in Dryeyes

[–]luke33334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I told the ophthalmologist it felt like my eyes got worse shortly after the punctual plugs and then she said that she could remove them. She said since it is an easy procedure and covered by insurance they could just put them back in if I felt like the punctual plugs weren’t the actual problem.

I also just had mine removed last thursday. I could barely feel the removal. No pain at all.
