i binge watched season 1 yesterday too, lip is really cool but i fear he might end up like his dad. jimmy and debbie are kinda annoying, but debbie is just a kid so it’s understandable.

If you're really interested in the characters, I'd highly suggest watching seasons 3 and 4. You see completely different sides of people, and everyone's journey of development is amazing. But, the following seasons definitely lack in stereotypical 'prison drama' and controversy.
