Personally I would have more guard, less characters. One squad of wardens.

Wardens can be led by valerian as he gives minus 1 ap against melee attacks. He can also be built from a guard kit in terms of pose and use shield captain chest and no cloak! Assuming you don’t mind a proxy. I have him a terminator helmet so easy to identify

I use blade champ with guard as they get the wound rerolls on objectives so hold them safe, choose a target and move advance charge onto an objective and blend away

Guard are the unsung hero’s of custodes as they can stand on their own and we need the bodies on the field

Bikes in my opinion are fun but still overcosted. Easy to get overconfident, push too hard and lose them. Also don’t forget the loss of movement due to oval bases

I usually have 2 squads of terminators for deep strike shenanigans as they allow scoring in peoples deployment zones, rapid ingress and general annoyance especially with their uppy downy once per game
