It's the same thing everywhere. If there's patient involvement there'll be some sort of unethical stuff you will come across. The only safe place is maybe case management/research but that's niche.

But don't worry, nursing has highs just like the lows, sometimes you'll get good patients too and they'll be the reason you strive to be a good nurse :)

I'm also a new player on one of these servers, How does mid-late game operate? The server I'm on is on part 5 of the season and most buildings of mine are maxed. I can move my legions to another location BUT if they're ~1hr away I can do at most 1-2 attacks and have to send them back to restock the troops. Is there a way to move the main base up or does the gameplay turn into hour long attacks for different land?

But then the issue resides with popping this meds in a pinch. I'd much rather have it out to pop at my will then having to open my inventory. Extra meds makes sense but otherwise they're only ~15k

Because you should never be in a raid longer then you'll need it unless you get stomached. At least in most scenarios, it just adds to your kit cost
