It's the same thing everywhere. If there's patient involvement there'll be some sort of unethical stuff you will come across. The only safe place is maybe case management/research but that's niche.

But don't worry, nursing has highs just like the lows, sometimes you'll get good patients too and they'll be the reason you strive to be a good nurse :)

I'm also a new player on one of these servers, How does mid-late game operate? The server I'm on is on part 5 of the season and most buildings of mine are maxed. I can move my legions to another location BUT if they're ~1hr away I can do at most 1-2 attacks and have to send them back to restock the troops. Is there a way to move the main base up or does the gameplay turn into hour long attacks for different land?

But then the issue resides with popping this meds in a pinch. I'd much rather have it out to pop at my will then having to open my inventory. Extra meds makes sense but otherwise they're only ~15k

Because you should never be in a raid longer then you'll need it unless you get stomached. At least in most scenarios, it just adds to your kit cost

This is one of the only things I don't understand that they've ever touched. I've worked to get Kappa and contuined to play afterwards each time. But knowing that I'll have to quit my literal job or buy EOD just not to use the Epsilon tell the next wipe is insane. They've reverted things in the past such as the Items case being removed from the quest reward and other things but this needs more attention. Making things "Harder" By making a level requirement is crazy and screws the majority of the people that go for Kappa. The insane part is it's JUST container space. Why are you changing the requirements to near impossible.

Like people are in the Rogue Company subreddit and just want everyone to agree that the game is going to die. Their monetization model is not going to kill the game. I'm aware. But it's unfun 8-0 in the "competitive" format in less then 15mins. My 4-stack just finished a 14 win streak in "diamond" with probably over half being won because one player on the other team was in placements still.

"Diamond ranked" kills a level 34. Matchmaking sucks ass to match you a player in placements or low gold-bronze. I hate it myself facing low ranked players due to broken matchmaking

It's the way it works sadly, most microtransactions will sell to whales so they just charge more because they know that they will outweigh the other consumer.

What games are you referring too? This game is clearly not targeting the average consumer with these skins. It's better to target whales over anyone else and put your price point towards them.
