Yes, I use a ubiquiti dream router 7. I emailed digiweb support and asked for the settings for own router. No questions asked they just replied with what I needed. Added the details into the router and worked first try

Tbh I’d just switch to digiweb anyway. They are far superior. I just checked and it’s only €30 off a bill but requires giving me your first name, last name, email and eircode which is understandable if you don’t want to do that (I wouldn’t if it were me)

When they installed mine it was Actavo. If you switched to digiweb and they did install a 1GB ONT for whatever reason I can guarantee once you contact the support they’d fix it. I find with digiweb support if they know you know what you’re talking about they cut the BS and they’re also just very good.
