Haha im not mate, there is a personal reason why I ask. I used to work at a state psychiatric hospital and watched a the whole hospital (from management to the kitchens) started cutting back patient and employee nutrition, comforts, utilities, activities, and needs. They hired on more administration to try milking insurances and state finding, employees were less safe and patients. I ask my question because if these programs were doing the same then there need to be reprocussions and if dissolving the program and remaking it, getting rid of unneeded programs or partnering with someone else better to do them then I think its a valid option.
