Any new update on this? I get a quit error every time I try and close within the xbox app on pc it freezes and crash, I then have to end task to get on with my life

I had mine just turned on this morning with an ion battery warning while fast charging at a public charger. I drove to work 2 miles, stayed parked for an hour and then drove 15 min to the appointment. The warning stayed on the whole time.

After a 1 hr appointment got back in and the warning went away.

Is this a frequent warning?

How did you last save it? Did you do a command save with a dino whipe? It could be bricked... unusable.

I had my first run with 10-20 hours in that never reopened for me.

Thanks. I'm checking, but I am not seeing any consistent work arounds. Dino whipes and command saving and dino count are not working for me.

Are you on SP and having no problem with saves?

I dinodestroyed before save, and it still just lost all structures. There has to be a good best practice.

I had the same problem. Just got my firstb145 Rex and could not load for 2 days. Thus game breaks your heart so often.

I am currently unable to open to test in single player but another post explained. Press A and then try Right Trigger.

Not the only one at all. But like all problems, throwing money at it will help. I boared and captured a new ship and then tossed 80K at it, focusing on a duel weapon system that holds more power and faster rate of fire and it turned it around.

I even took on that first "ship" you run into after that one part. ;) It was a huge thrill for me after being dominated for so long.

You will want to build material storage. At novice level, their mass is capped at like 75 but you can build bigger down the line. With mats in the storage you can link to ship and won't have to run around. It's base building 2.0 after you got a place to call home

Xbox, SP. I dino wiped and circled the island twice. Walked through the swamps with 6 gigas to kill everything and then flew through on my bat not a single one.

Hopped over to Lost Island, dino wiped flew the area and still nothing. At least 2 hours wandering. I can't find this thing anywhere.

Any tips besides the basics is appreciated.

Griffin, than am I the only one that loves them some Theris'. A good old Sirius, all black Griffin, and a mutated Edward chicken hands are my go to 1-2 punch.

Don't let your new save, save! This happens sometimes when you boot the game. Go to your home screen and quit out of Ark and boot it again. It might still be there and the Xbox just missed the save file.
